Site Introduction
The objective of this entire site is to be a source of information for all your questions and support needs for using the PACE Business Manager program as well as technical support -meaning computer hardware, configuration and networking.
The intended audience includes shop owners/managers, accountants & bookkeepers, technical support (IT), and everyone else that works with the PACE Business Manager program. Throughout the site “Pace Business Manager” will be referenced simply as (PACE). White Knight Business Solutions Inc. will be referenced as White Knight.

Site Format
This site is formatted as a collection of articles known in tech-speak as a “blog”. Hopefully the menu system will be sufficiently intuitive so you will find it easy to navigate. However, there will be times when you want to return to an article but may have problems remembering where it was located. There are two ways to find a ‘lost’ article more commonly referred to as a “post”:
1. You will find the repository of all the posts in the “Blog” page located in the top menu
or
2. Use the search feature found in the sidebar
As is traditional in ‘blog’ sites, you will find a few of the most recent posts in the sidebar.
Please read the “Privacy Policy” and “Terms Of Use” before proceeding. The intent of the policy is quite simple, your information is not shared with anyone else without your consent, period! You can elect to receive notices of new information and products from time to time, or not. The only information being retained is information for business/communications purposes.

The best (and fastest) way to get a response is to send an email, either using the Contact page or your own email program.

About
This tab has information related to PACE background and of my company as well as the support policy and a listing of services.
Basics
Under this tab will be the basics of setting up and using PACE. Much like the manual that was originally included in your purchase of the program. Some articles will explain more detail about the intent of certain procedures.
Advanced
This tab is meant to go beyond the scope of the original manual. Articles will go into greater detail and reveal better practices of using the program. Errors and terms are explained as well as settings.
Imagine the GL de-mystified! All the topics of mastering the GL will be covered including how to use the payroll system and how to make corrections! There will even be articles on how to do year-end and what information to give to your accountant.
Tech
All the computer and technical information is located under the “Tech” tab in the top menu. There is some basic information offered for free but if you require help then please fill out a support ticket and the reply will contain an estimate for charges, if any.
Blog
This is a repository of all the posts presented in chronological order. This is useful when you want to have an overall view of all the posts or be able to do a search.
Make A Payment
The payment system used is Helcim which in our view is a better payment experience than PayPal. The payment process is handled by Helcim, not this website.
