Database

Password Recovery
It is possble to recover the login name and password of any user if accidently locked out of the program

Data Corrections
Pretty much anything can be edited after posting. For instance, if the odometer is wrong on the invoice, wrong customer, wrong vehicle, wrong address etc.

Database Errors/Corruption Repairs
When error messages are displayed that indicate database corruption I can go into the database and fix the problem. sometimes it is simple and sometimes it is very complicated. I have not failed (yet) to fix a problem.

Computers

I build complete computers and ship across Canada. By having the computers in my office I can do the complete setup of PACE including networking so when the computers are installed on site they are pretty much ready to go.

In other cases, a shop will use a local computer company to build the computers, install Windows and then I do the rest (via remote control) to configure PACE.

I also help to troubleshoot problems like printing and networking

Business Intel And Marketing

This service is all about extracting information from the database and either importing to a spreadsheet or another program to achieve expanded features, like service reminders or importing sales invoices to an accounting program like Quickbooks.

SQL

I create queries that can be used to extract data using PACE’s built-in SQL query function. This data can be used
